Carboxide Red Oxide Gloss is a traditional, oxide gloss paint which provides a protective finish to metal or wood. Use as a one-coat gloss, or apply over Carboxide Red Oxide Primer. Gives an excellent flexible weatherproof coating while offering a protective & attractive finish. A solvent based alkyd resin with excellent opacity (coverage) and weather resistance.

Weatherproof protective & attractive finish. Can be used on wood, metal, previously painted surfaces, and most other surfaces. Can be applied as a direct coating but will perform best when applied over selected Palatine Primers and Undercoats. Our red oxide gloss is widely used in the agricultural, industrial, construction and marine sectors.

Keep coated areas dry for a minimum of 24 hours following application. Please note, drying times will be extended at low temperatures. Do not apply when ambient temperature falls below 10ºC. Many everyday items, such as aerosols, paints, nail varnish and perfumes are considered dangerous goods under transport legislation.
