No scrubbing, power washing or brushing required! Goes to work on all kinds of stone, brick, concrete. Also works on roofing, walls, fences, conservatories and more! Power through patio black spots, lichen, moss, dirt and grime stains using this easy application formula. The deep cleaning solution works on a wide range of outdoor surfaces to lift and clean, keeping your patio, garden, path and driveway looking their best all year round. For heavily soiled areas use at full undiluted strength.

For general cleaning of lightly soiled areas 50% strength should be sufficient, dilute 2-1 with clean water to achieve results. If diluting this product, please make sure you mix the solution in a separate plastic vessel. Directions for use: Ready to use formulation. Product is applied neat through plastic watering can or sprayable equipment. Apply directly to the surface to be treated and leave to soak in, product will begin to react as it gets to work.

Leave product on surface between 46 hours to allow time to work. When sufficient time has been allowed for the product to work, rinse off the area thoroughly. For best results rinse using a pressure washer.

Always test in a small inconspicuous area before using to ensure it is suitable and desired effect is achieved. Ensure that the area to be treated is cleared of garden furniture and other items so that they are not in accidental contact with the product.

Ensure that all loose dirt and other physical debris is removed first by brushing prior to application. Product can be applied to slightly damp surfaces or dry surfaces. Do not apply to surfaces where they are saturated from recent rainfall or if rain is due within the time period required to treat the surface. KEEP PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS AWAY FROM AREA UNTIL ENTIRE OPERATION IS COMPLETED. RINSE ALL EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE PRODUCT WITH COLD WATER AFTER USE.
