Rustins Quick Dry Step and Tile Paint Gloss Red is a hard and durable gloss red paint for stone and brick floors. Type: A gloss alkyd based paint. Intended Use: For tiles, concrete and bricks.

Not recommended for use on glazed or quarry tiles. Special Features Contains micronised red oxide or special black pigment for good opacity. For interior and Exterior use.

Coverage 14m² per litre, per coat, depending on the absorbency of the surface. Preparation: The surface must be clean, smooth, sound and free from wax. Any wax polish previously applied can be removed with the white spirit, steel wool and a clean rag. Send existing paint to provide a key and clean with white spirit or detergent. Application: Using a brush, apply evenly.

For interior use 1 coat may be sufficient, exterior surfaces require 2 coats. Maintenance: Re-apply when surface becomes worn. The surface to be coated should be cleaned with a mild detergent solution or white spirit and lightly sanded to provide a key. Re-coating time: Allow 6- 8 hours between coats depending on the temperature and humidity. Cleaning: Remove excess product from the brushes before cleaning whilst wet white spirit or Rustins Brush Cleaner. Hard brushes can be cleaned with Rustins Brush Restorer. Be cleaned with Rustins Brush Restorer or Rustins Cellulose Thinners.
